Bespoke Wedding Suit for Nick in Illinois

Nick came to The Tailored Foundation while preparing for his September 2025 wedding in Lake Villa, Illinois. With a full day of ceremonies, photos, and celebration ahead, he needed a custom wedding suit that delivered both elevated style and lasting comfort.

Nick was looking for a suit that felt refined, fit flawlessly, and held its structure throughout the day without feeling restrictive. Our goal was to design a bespoke wedding suit that matched the significance of the occasion while reflecting his personal style.

The Challenge

Wedding suits must strike a balance between structure and wearability. Nick required a suit that maintained a sharp, formal appearance while allowing for natural movement during long periods of standing, walking, and dancing.

Our Approach

Fabric Selection

We selected a premium wool blend chosen for its breathability, clean drape, and durability. This fabric allowed the suit to maintain crisp lines while remaining comfortable throughout the wedding day.

Design and Customization

The suit was designed with balanced proportions and a timeless silhouette. A structured jacket provided a refined profile, while thoughtful construction details ensured comfort and ease of movement. The trousers were cut to create a clean, flattering line without restricting mobility.

Precision Fittings

Through multiple fittings, we refined the jacket length, sleeve pitch, shoulder alignment, and trouser break. These adjustments ensured the suit followed Nick’s natural posture and movement, resulting in a polished yet comfortable final fit.
