What we do
Handbuilt suits for the northern suburbs
There is a meaningful difference between a suit that has been altered to fit and a suit that was built to fit. At our Libertyville location, everything we make starts from a pattern drafted for your specific measurements. No standard blocks, no generic sizing. Your proportions drive every decision from the first fitting to the final stitch.
If you are new to bespoke, our guide on what tailored suits actually are is a good place to start before your consultation.

Why bespoke
The problem with suits that almost fit
A suit that almost fits is a suit that never quite works. The jacket pulls across the back when you sit. The collar gaps. The trousers pinch. These are not details you stop noticing — they affect how you carry yourself every time you wear it.
Bespoke removes those compromises entirely. Every measurement informs the pattern. Every fitting refines the result. By the time the suit is finished, it moves the way you move and sits the way your body sits. Read more about why more men are choosing bespoke over off the rack.

Questions we hear from Libertyville clients
How long will my suit take?
Timeline varies depending on complexity, but most clients in Libertyville receive their suit within a few weeks. Tell us your date at the first consultation and we will plan around it.
Is bespoke the same as made-to-measure?
They are often confused but they are not the same. Made-to-measure adapts an existing pattern. Bespoke starts with a blank sheet and builds a pattern specifically for your body. We only work bespoke. See our guide on what tailored suits actually are for the full breakdown.
What if I have no idea what I want?
That is completely fine. Most of our clients come in with a general idea at most. Our tailors will guide you through every decision in the consultation. If you want to read ahead, our post on questions to ask before buying a custom suit is helpful preparation.
How will I know if the suit fits correctly?
The fitting stages are built into the process for exactly this reason. We check each element systematically. If you want to understand what good fit looks like before you arrive, our post on how to know if a suit fits well covers the key indicators.
Do you have other locations?
Yes. In addition to Libertyville, we serve clients in Rosemont, IL and Milwaukee, WI.
Can you handle a full wedding party?
Yes. We regularly work with grooms and their full wedding parties. Each person is measured and fitted individually, and we manage the coordination so everything arrives on schedule.
