Bespoke Midnight Tuxedo for a South Asian Wedding

This commission was created for a client attending a traditional Indian/Pakistani wedding, where the goal was to create a timeless formal look with subtle personality and modern elegance.

The client wanted a tuxedo that felt refined and luxurious without appearing overly flashy. The vision centered around a deep midnight tone paired with soft pastel green accents to complement the bridal color palette while maintaining a classic black-tie aesthetic.

The result is a clean, tailored look that balances sophistication, cultural elegance, and modern formalwear styling.

The Challenge

Designing formalwear for South Asian weddings requires attention to both tradition and presentation.

The tuxedo needed to feel elevated enough for a large wedding celebration while remaining timeless and wearable beyond a single event. The styling also needed to coordinate naturally with the bride’s pastel green dress without becoming overly themed or distracting.
